Territory: Thinly forested brush land with tall grasses. There are small river networks and watering holes to drink from.
Prey: Cape Buffalo, Zebra, Wildebeest. Young ones occasionally hunt small prey.
Threats: Alligator/Crocodiles, elephants, cape buffalo. Poachers seasonally.
Traits: Evening Pride lions are powerful big cats. They are very good at stalking and getting up close to prey, but can't do long chases. They can semi climb, but it is risky so they usually stay on the ground. No cats swim because of the threat of alligators and crocodiles.
Competition: Hyenas, Leopards.
